Green Grant Finder

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 July 2026

Green Grant Finder (“the Service”) is operated by OLGE Foundation (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details — the email address you use to sign up and log in.
  • Alert preferences — the sectors and regions you choose for the weekly grant digest.
  • Saved grants — the grants you bookmark while signed in.
  • Grant submissions — if you submit a grant, the organisation name, contact email, and grant details you provide.
  • Technical data — standard log and device information (such as IP address and browser type) generated when you use the Service.

2. How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To send the weekly grant digest, when you have enabled alerts.
  • To review, approve, and publish grant submissions.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

3. Service providers

We share data only with the providers that run the Service on our behalf, under their own privacy commitments:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and data storage.
  • Resend — delivery of the weekly digest and notification emails.
  • Vercel — application hosting.

These providers may process data outside your country; where they do, they maintain appropriate safeguards.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can unsubscribe from the weekly digest at any time using the link in any digest email or from your alert preferences. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
