These terms govern your use of Green Grant Finder (“the Service”), operated by OLGE Foundation (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Green Grant Finder is a directory of green and climate-related funding opportunities, gathered from public sources and from submissions by providers. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Grant submissions

If you submit a grant, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. All submissions are reviewed before publication, and we may edit, reject, or remove any submission at our discretion. Submitting a grant does not guarantee it will be listed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Accuracy of listings

Grant listings may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Deadlines, amounts, and eligibility can change without notice. Always confirm the details directly with the funding provider before applying. A listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee of funding.

6. Third-party links

The Service links to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OLGE Foundation is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or from reliance on any listing.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
